Are you a direct manufacturer and exporter?
Yes, we are. We have our own production facility and International Trade Department, managing the entire process from manufacturing to export.
How can I purchase your goods?
Please send us your requirements via inquiry. You can specify your needs, and we will reply as soon as possible to guide you through the purchase process.
What information is needed for custom packaging or printing?
Usually, you can provide a physical sample for us to replicate, a layout/3D drawing of the design, or the specific dimensions and requirements of the product.
How long is the production lead time?
Typically, it takes around 15-20 days after the sample is confirmed and the deposit is received. For urgent orders, we can prioritize your production schedule.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
If we have stock of the required model, we can provide it without a sample fee. For custom designs, a sampling cost applies. Courier fees are generally covered by the customer.
What are the accepted payment methods?
For mass production, a 30% deposit is required before production and the 70% balance upon shipment. We accept T/T, LC, DP, and DA.
