Yes, we operate our own factory and international trade department, handling the entire production process independently.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
Usually, it takes 15-20 days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt. We can prioritize urgent orders upon request.
Can I request custom packaging or printing?
Yes. You can provide a physical sample to copy, a layout/3D drawing, or the specific dimensions of the required product.
How can I obtain a sample?
If we have the model in stock, samples are provided free of charge. For custom designs, a sampling fee applies. Courier costs are covered by the customer.
What are your payment terms?
For mass production, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance due upon shipment via T/T, LC, DP, or DA.
Is quality inspection available before delivery?
Absolutely. You, your colleagues, or a third-party inspection agency are welcome to visit our factory for a pre-delivery quality check.
